Course Description :

The English Language 01 Certificate course teaches students the basics of English descriptive grammar, linguistics, and important terminology used to describe elements of sentences, sentence types, subordinate clauses, adverbs, and the different verb tenses. Students will be able to identify the elements of an English sentence, identify sentence types in English, and identify types of subordinate clauses in complex sentences. Successful graduates of this course will improve their basic ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language in both professional and personal environments.
